Tour and guest-card information

Information submitted through the tour form is used to respond to the housing inquiry, create the guest-card/tour record, contact the relevant housing provider, and follow up on the apartment search.

Text messages

Marketing and housing-deal text messages are sent only when SMS consent is recorded. Consent is not a condition of requesting a tour or receiving apartment-locating help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate requested communications and housing services.

Housing information

Pricing, availability, specials, screening criteria, approval-support programs, affordable-housing rules and tour availability can change. Verify final terms with the housing provider.
